Future of SpecFlow and Runner Replacement

Hello,

I recently learned that SpecFlow+ Runner has been decommissioned which requires some rework in our automation framework. Do you have a recommendation between NUnit, XUnit, and MSTest? Although Google has a general list of strengths and weaknesses, it would help to know the specifics in combination with Specflow.

In addition, can your team shed some light on the future of SpecFlow and what the future entails? SpecFlow doesn't appear to be very active lately.
