"Username is already taken" error for login to SpecFlow+ LivingDoc through Azure DevOps
We have an Azure DevOps user who has registered for SpecFlow previously, but now has a new account using the same email address.
Because they are using a new account, they are unable to use SpecFlow+ LivingDoc, but because the email address was registered previously, they also cannot register as a new user, with the message “Username ‘<email>’ is already taken.”
I would like the previous instance of this account to be removed, so that my collegae may re-register.
I have initially sent a support request using the form linked in the visual studio marketplace, but received an auto reply instructing me to submit the request here, hence this post.

Can someone please remove the account. My colleague is also experiencing the same issue. Please let me know where to send mail with accunt information
