Unable to generate Specflow result, Living Documentation tab in Teamcity for .Net core Project

We are writing Acceptance Test for one of ongoing deliverables application based on .NET Core 3.1 framework and we have used Spec flow v3.9.74 and Living Doc plugin v3.9.57.

While generating living documentation, TeamCity throw below error

1. 'livingdoc' is not recognized as an internal or external command

As I already installed  SpecFlow.Plus.LivingDoc.CLI and SpecFlow.Plus.LivingDocPlugin on teamcity
