TechTalk.SpecFlow.AndAttribute is missing?

SpecFlow doesn't seem to want to glue to the “And” attribute. It seems to be missing from the class.  Under the hood it doesn't really matter (the “And” lines in my feature file will bind to any attribute I want to use in the glue code) but it seems like an odd miss.
