Make stopwatch publicly accessible

In our scenario want to create performance mesurements. For that we need to access the StopWatch property in the ScenarioContext.

We don't want to create a new StopWatch to mesure it in a different ways.

  I am also very interested about this.

  Right now, we have implemented our own mesurement system, and we populate a database with numbers and  we have a Power BI report upon of this for stakeholders but it would be enough to use your durations.
