"Username is already taken" error for login to SpecFlow+ LivingDoc in Azure DevOps
We have an Azure DevOps user who has registered for SpecFlow previously, but now has a new AD account using the same email address. He cannot use SpecFlow+ LivingDoc and cannot register as a new user. He keeps getting the message “Username ‘<email>’ is already taken.”
How can we reach out to SpecFlow support team to give user email address and ask to delete the existing account so we can create a new one? We don't want to share personal/sensitive info here. We have sent requests and emails in the last weeks but we had no reply.
As a side note, if https://support.specflow.org/hc/en-us/community/posts/4412929839633-Account-issues is no longer relevant, and/or if support email address changed for account issues, the post should be updated.
