SpecflowPlus licensing for commercial usage

Hello,

I’ve got a question regarding licensing. As I found on the Specflow page https://specflow.org/press_release/tricentis-acquires-specflow/, SpecFlow+ licenses are available free of charge. I did not find any exclusions like commercial usage, so I would like to confirm if my understanding is correct: 

1. Specflow+ LivingDoc and Specflow+ Runner are free to use commercially, e.g. in the enterprise?

2. The way of getting a license is by creating a Specflow account (using a Microsoft account) and activating a product, right?
