[SpecMap] - Associate an Epic to the map

Many people will use Epics as parents to Features.

I would like to be able to drag an epic on to the map so that I can associate it to the map.

Features (or, indeed, other epics), which are then associated to activities within the map should then become children of that epic (also inheriting its area path), in the same way that WIs which are dragged on as cards do already.

Perhaps you should also be able to associate Features to the map as well - for those who only use features.
