[VisualStudio Extension] Ability to run the scenarios directly on feature files

We should be able to right click on the scenario in the feature file and run it there rather than using test explorer.

  We had this feature in the past in the Visual Studio Extension but had to remove it.

  1. it was buggy and relied on the timing of async APIs. 

  2. The APIs we use were removed in VS2019
