[SpecFlow + LivingDoc] - Support multiple WorkItem prefixes for work item links

At present there's only support for one workitem prefix to create links. In our process, we tag scenario related work items using respective work item type (i.e Bug12345, UserStory56789, Feature23456).

If we were to only use one prefix for all work item types (i.e WorkItem12345, WorkItem56789, WorkItem23456) then a user would not know what the work item is until they actually open the link.

  Hi Killewale, thanks a lot for your request. We are currently not planning to extend the work item link functionality. But we may change our ideas on that based on additional user demand.
