[SpecFlow] Visual Studio for Mac Support

There is Straight8's extension (https://github.com/straighteight/SpecFlow-VS-Mac-Integration) but it is lacking in features of the Visual Studio extension.

Please provide an official extension for Visual Studio for Mac

  Yes, integration with Visual Studio for Mac and VS code would be really really awesome! Please provide an extension as soon as possible.
