[SpecMap] Show the count of child work items in the same way as DevOps. Should ignore Removed items.

I have a problem with the count of child work items when one of the child stories is in the 'Removed' state. In tiles on the DevOps board view, the Removed stories are not counted in the displayed numbers. But is SpecMap they are. This is causing my SpecMap to display to display the child count as '6/7', but DevOps says '6/6', so it looks like there are unfinished stories (see picture) 

I feel SpecMap should display this count the same way DevOps does.

  Hi Nigel, thanks a lot for your request and for taking the time. Sorry for the late reply, you are right it seems to be confusing since SpecMap is still counting/displaying the "removed" state. We are currently not planning to fix this due to different overall product priorities, but if our plans are changing we will send you an update.

  Upvote for this one. Already 1 year and still not fixed.... It´s pretty annoying.
