Regenerating Girken statements

I am a new user and have worked through the examplea successfully. One rhing is not clear. If I change the Gerkin script e.g. fix a type in one of rhe statements, do I have to manually fix the generates files or are they automatically kept in sync by SpecFlow?

  If you update something in the .feature file. e.g change the wording of the step then you need to manually update the c# source code.
  SpecFlow does not automatically update the regular expressions in the attributes.
