[SpecFlow] F12 Navigation to scoped steps from feature files

Currently in the SpecFlow Rider plugin, if you press F12 (VS shortcut) to navigate to a step implementation from a feature file, there is no awareness of the scope attribute and the first implementation will be navigated to (not the step definition that the feature file is scoped to).

It would be nice if the scope attribute was taken into consideration when navigating to the step implementations.
