Support Feature-level parallel execution for SpecFlow + Runner

I want to use SpecFlow Runner to run the Features in parallel. Currently, only scenario level is allowed in SpecRun.

  We are stopping the maintenance of the SpecFlow+ Runner, so I am closing this feature request.

  This will be a great addition, we both need to generate cucumber results and parallelize execution at the feature level, unfortunately, there are no options that support both.
