SpecFlow+Living Doc in ADO "is taking longer than expected to load" and never renders

In our Azure DevsOps project other teams are using the Overview->SpecFlow+LivingDoc feature without problems, but in the same ADO project, our team members are unable to get the page to load.
The menu item is available, we click it and it just forever displays "Loading..." and spins but never completes. After a while a message at the top of the screen shows "SpecFlow+LivingDoc is taking longer than expected to load."
Please help - use of this tool/view is going to be critical to the success of our project by surfacing the requirements in a way that nothing else can!

Are you on Azure DevOps or are you using the Azure DevOps Server on-premise?
Could you have a look at the network tab of the browser development tools and look if there are requests blocked or failing?

Hi Kev Benton,
Did your team members ever get the opportunity to activate their account or did it fail to get this far?
Can someone try a different browser to see if this changes anything?
Failing this, it might be that we need to take some more drastic measures and remove the extension and then re-install it.

Thanks Jordan. No idea what has happened in ADO, but today, the page is loading fine. Perhaps something your/Microsoft's end.

And it is happening again... frustrating as we really want to make use of this feature! Plugin is enabled, no known changes from our side.
