Attach screenshots to TRX reports using Specflow+ Runner

When I switched to Specflow+ Runner from NUnit executor I lost the ability to attach screenshots to TRX reports, also losing the screenshot attachments for published test results in Azure DevOps. It would be useful to have the ability to add screenshots to both LivingDoc and TRX reports in order to have multiple reporting sources with screenshots attached to test results.

We are stopping the maintenance of the SpecFlow+ Runner, so I am closing this feature request.
