Correct way to request Specflow+ license

HI,
I have requested for the license key 2 days ago via [submit a request] link. I got an auto reply mail and it does not contain any license key. Please let me know if I need the key to enable the specRun .(specflow+) w/o the key in order to run correctly. How can I get the key? This is my current installation status:

At the beginning of the year, we stopped issuing offline licenses for the SpecFlow+ Runner.
