Specflow learning suggestion

Hello,

I am a tester and recently started automation using BDD. Can you please guide me where to start because as a tester I really dont know C# coding. I understand the code but can't write class files and step definitions. I don't know why it's said basic coding knowledge is enoguh to do automation but that's not the case. That's a blocker for me to proceed. Any suggesions?
