I have a colleague who tried to "Sign in with Microsoft" to SpecFlow+LivingDoc extension in Azure DevOps, however it failed. This is because she already created an account with SpecFlow using the same email address and therefore now the option of signing in using SSO through Microsoft doesn't work. It says her email address already exists.
Could you please help her resolve this issue? This could be done by deleting her existing account so that she could "Sign in with Microsoft" through SpecFlow+LivingDoc extension in Azure DevOps.
