I feel like this new async stuff would be useful to me

As I am getting null reference exceptions from `TechTalk.SpecFlow.Infrastructure.TestExecutionEngine.GetHookContainer` and `TechTalk.SpecFlow.Infrastructure.TestExecutionEngine.OnScenarioEnd`

With "The previous ScenarioContext was already disposed." warnings.
