Can I login with my organization email?

I installed specmap in Azure DevOps On Premise, I need to login but I want to use my company's account, ¿is it possible? I always get an error message telling me that "Need admin approval", "apectflow.org needs permission to access resources in your organization ...".

¿What permissions are needed?
