Azure DevOps Living document extension registration relationship (quick) question

Hello,

I have the following quick questions we need insights before installing the extension:

How does the specflow.org account that is created relates to the extension? 

Does the account provide access from the specflow.org website to ADO via the app registration, or is it just the extension itself that is accessing ADO?

  It is the SpecFlow Account and not the specflow.org account.

  You need the account to use our closed-source products. It doesn't provide any access from outer places to your Azure DevOps instance. Only the extension is accessing ADO and all data is saved within ADO.
