SpecFlow+LivingDoc task errors and hangs in DevOps pipeline even though "Upload was successful"

I am using the SpecFlow+LivingDoc task in my Azure DevOps pipeline and this was working fine until just recently.  Right at the end of the task execution, the logs says that the documentation was uploaded successfully but then the task hangs until it is cancelled. 

Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this?
