SpecFlow+LivingDoc Tunneling socket error 407

We are running Azure DevOps on premise in a tightly secured environment.

When we use the LivingDoc plugin we get the error

##[error]Error: tunneling socket could not be established, statusCode=407

Anybody an idea how to solve this?
