beforeTestRun not executing in teamcity CI while working on local machine

I have one variable declared in Beforetestrun attribute and consuming it in beforefeature attribute. This is working fine on local machine. While I'm execution same with teamcity Ci. Im getting error message in beforefeature attribute for variable is null. Because beforeTestRun was not executed. I'm using VSTS-2022, Specflow, Specflow MSTest runner, Specflow Nunit latest version and Framework 4.8.

  Team, Could you please help me to resolve this. Its been a long time I posted ny query. If you feel, This is not sufficient information, Please let me know to provide you adequate info
