Why is SpecFlow.Assist.FillInstance() undocumented?

Hi,

almost by accident I've found the method FillInstance() in the Assist table helpers. It seems to be perfect for my needs, but at the same time I find it puzzling that it is not documented here: https://docs.specflow.org/projects/specflow/en/latest/Bindings/SpecFlow-Assist-Helpers.html

Is there any reason for that? Is it safe to use this method?
